(PR NEWSWIRE) MPTV Inc. and Joint Venture Partners Announce New Plans for MPTV Inc. and Joint Venture Partners Announce New Plans for Lake Tropicana NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Aug. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- MPTV, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MPTV), a Nevada corporation, and its Joint Venture partners, known as Lake Trop, LLC, announce the modified plan for expanded Lake Tropicana timeshare project in Las Vegas, Nevada. MPTV, Inc., and their Joint Venture partners are in agreement that the new timeshare project will increase the scope of the original project and increase its per interval price to $ 14,900 for the 20,592 intervals in the overall project. Lake Trop, LLC, the newly formed partnership with Continental Resort Services, Inc., a subsidiary of MPTV, Inc. and its Joint Venture partners are in final negotiation with the financing for the construction, sales and management. At this time the construction work at the site in Las Vegas has been started with the demolition of the burned-out buildings, pads and rough grading. The permits for Phase I are being prepared and as the final financing is closed and the permits approved by Clark County, construction will begin. MPTV, Inc., and its Joint Venture partners anticipate sales and marketing will commence at the completion of construction and revenues will be realized prior to the millennium.(1) Lake Trop, LLC, is also in the final stages of negotiations with the nationally known fitness center, spa and wellness center.
