Matt,
They will be developing a smart card (like a phone card) for the non banked to use for a new type of payment system. The Paymaster is the device that will be in many and various stores for the general public to use. Go to www.hpos.com for further info on the devices which I believe are globally patented. This is still 6 to 12 months away I believe.

Its like prepaid calling cards but for cash. Like a prepaid credit card but no credit. Should be BIG for the poor and unbanked. Security of a card but same as cash! Marketing focus will be ON TARGET, imho. Been talking to Tom about that. :)
