I think the Lehman upgrade is particularly important.

The last I read, Lehman left their price target on the stock at 10 dollars.
Not nearly as bullish as say, Gruntal...16 dollars.

Lehman was waiting for another quarter or two of positive earnings before increasing their target price.

Well some thing has happened between then and now. Why didn't they wait for the next Qtrly before upgrading?

From today news release :

"we were
able to enter the new fiscal year with a backlog of nearly $117 million"

What kind of backlog variation does this means ? Any news on their Book to Bill ratio ?
