Since Great White's stock was initially quoted on the OTC BB in January 1998, the number of shares in the “public float” has increased from approximately 1 million to nearly 13 million as the result of Smith's and the company's scheme to evade the securities registration requirements, and their unlawful distribution of the company's shares.

Dang, I am surprised it did not get halted. Always have smelled a rat with that stock. Never bought it based on something just not quite right.
