During 4Q, SNMM increased staff by approximately 25%. I have it from a very credible source that this included several "heavily credentialed" individuals who commanded substantial compensation. The company also invested heavily in new equipment to support it's growth and expanded it's software development and marketing efforts.

Such reinvestment is absolutely necessary in a growing company and should have been anticipated. This is an indication of good management. Revenues increased 190% over the previous quarter and 236% over the comparable quarter last year, and the company still managed to show a profit. IMHO this is all VERY bullish news.

Go SNMM!!!
