Chinmoy Roy, that's exactly what I am concerned. Although ATHM is enjoying a higher growth rate than AOL, AOL beat out ATHM with absolute growth number. As AOL's membership count grows bigger, the growth rate has to slow down. This is the law of nature. However, the absolute new memberships AOL obtained in a quarter is bigger than ATHM's total. A higher growth rate is not enough to topple AOL's dominance. ATHM must do 2 things for its own good, and must do them fast before the window of opportunity is closed:
1) Speed up the upgrades of unavailable areas. Don't let users wait for 2 years.
2) Adjust the pricing to break out of the premium service mode.
3) Scale up the network to handle millions of users.
I believe 1), 2) and 3) are something in TJ and GB's mind every day.
I am confident that the management knows exactly what they want.
