Right. Because if you have a ground-breaking, earth-shattering, make-every-other-encryption-software-obsolete, get-50-million-users-within-a-year, new encryption software, you have outside contractor monkeys creating it.

Hey -- if you have outside contractors empty your garbage cans and washing your toilets, why can't you have them create your encryption software as well? What's the difference?

CUST reminds me of TMRT, which I have shorted several times, most recently from 34 to 12. You know, the online auction company that will supposedly put EBAY, AMZN, YHOO, ONSL, UBID, etc. etc. etc. all out of business with their really kick-ass auction site. And that auction site supposedly only cost them $10 million for IBM to create. Right. TMRT and CUST have many things in common: no customers, no revenues, no product. Their charts even look similar.

Anyone who has had any formal management education knows why CUST and TMRT's strategies are flawed and most who haven't probably know as well. If you are outsourcing your core product and/or core competency, you have no core competency and are a shell, vacuous company.
