HTN was your typical small cap ... a great idea without adequate funding and management. They got delisted as they did not have the cash for the audit and there was one investor out there who had a hard on for the company. Every time the stock would start a nice run, he would undermine the efforts by dumping at low prices. as the company needed time to get their software and customers in order, they just left it on a cease trading order.

They then did a private financing for $400,000 and are off running.

Software right on target. Contracts with several venues underway. Knowledgable, connected staff being hired.

The next 60 days will be worth the watch!!
