Hi Hsg,
did some TA on BII and realized that there was an RSI breaking up at 11H00 last Fiday, crossing up very strongly the moving average. What that mean...you were right, this may be a good time to buy (IMO). TA wise it look good.

Anyway this is only TA and please do you own DD.

hsg, I can see why some would get this thought in their mind, given how low the price has gone relative to it's high, BUT you need to consider that it's high was just Nasdaq listing Hype!
I myself always ask the question "Does what is happening add up?"
