No, you are not reading it right. FREE has 100 million ADR shares, since there are 10 UK shares for every US ADR.

Since you have no idea how much cash, debt, revenue or earnings XSNI has, putting a valuation on it is problematic.

AOL is still gaining subscribers worldwide and increasing its profits.

Good luck with X-Stream, the famous mystery stock.
