As this stock is highly undervalued due to pending litigation, I don't anticipate much change in its valuation until the trial outcome is on the horizon. The civil trial (shorter duration)is expected to start mid October. This is the earliest I would want to enter this stock. Comments? ----------------------------------------------------------------- The civil trial is scheduled to begin on October 12, and we might expect some resolution in a matter of 6-10 weeks. The criminal trial is set to begin on September 27, and we would expect that to last much longer, possibly on the order of 6 months.
