Japanese rebound?

From today's WSJ:

Japan's Auto Sales Drop

Japan's sales of new cars, trucks and buses, as measured by registrations,
fell 13.9% in July from the year-earlier month to 372,334 units, the Japan
Automobile Dealers' Association said Monday. It was the 28th straight
monthly decline in automobile sales.
Registrations of vehicles with the
government indicate retail sales by dealers. The figures don't include sales
of mini-cars and mini-trucks.
