Haven't been online much in the last couple of weeks, but this weekend takes the cake for clueless journalism. Have been enjoying the parade of articles quoting "expert" traders. Here's another one: washingtonpost.com Notice the writer's very careful to qualify that the shooter "allegedly" committed murder at the Atlanta offices. Apparently, the Mayor's statements and countless footage from cameras at the scene's aftermath, along with the eyewitness accounts are not enough evidence for him to go out on a limb and state unequivocally that Barton shot and killed 9 people. Yet, he has no hesitation whatsoever in pronouncing what daytrading entails, and proceeding to authoritatively put his spin on what daytrading is all about. He has his circumspection in the wrong place, if you ask me.
