Hey all-

Just bought 2000 more shares. This piece meal financing is very tell-taling. I love it. Looks like they are really near where they want to be (or are there already).

One other reminder...I beleive Al Shugart bought 20,000 shares in January in the open market at a price higher than today's. If you add the piece meal financing to the story, it sounds like we should have already had the material event, but for whatever reasons, there are "slight delays."

Thus, Lev just keeps picking up month to month expenses until such time the material PO's can be announced. THEN, if he still needs money, he can sell 250,000 shares at $12....less dilution....

Conclusion: So, if you think your stock will soon be appreciating, do piece-meal financing rather than a long term deal (death spiral????)...that way you will dilute the stock less and add shareholder value.

Common sense I know....but I like what the real message is here. I have a feeling that the VLNC of today is far diferent than the specualtion play I made on the company two years ago. This is good.

I think that's the plan. But when is Curtain Time?
