A good report from RB:By: iamretired Reply To: None Monday, 2 Aug 1999 at 9:31 AM EDT Post # of 17031 My report on GAAY. Sorry this took so long, this is the first day I have felt human after being ill. My husband and I went to the studios on the afternoon of the 27th. I asked for a tour and told the receptionist that Roger told me to just stop in when we got down there. She called for Roger, but he had jus left for Europe on business. The next thing I know Dick Weiner came popping out of his office and introduced himself, and said "I have been very busy with meeting and interviews, but lets get going on a quick tour." We toured the office area where I met ToeKnee, he is still working with them installing more cameras etc. Dick told us that lots of interviews had been taking place and that GFN had interviewed along with others and of course he mentioned the national weekly publication but still wasn't able to say what the publication was. AUCTION. I asked him about the auctions and he told me that when the advertising starts, it will be visible to everyone, my other concern were the items and he said that the "famous" stuff is for publicity, but there will be sports memorbilia, that will be as low as $1.50. He said that we will start seeing things in about 1 1/2 weeks and that was last Tuesday. So I am expecting something by the end of this week, JMO. I also asked Dick about the SEC license, and he said that was done. I also spoke with Renee" Sheck, I very specfically asked him about the amount of shares that management owns. I also asked him to make sure I could quote him, he said "As long as we are in negotiations, I can't discuss any of this with you, it is according to SEC Rule 10 5 B, and we will get this type of information out as soon as negoiations over completed." I wish I could have stayed longer, but I was catching these people coming in and out of doors, everyone was very cordial and both my husband and I were very impressed with what we saw. I realize this isn't ground breaking information, just my overview of our visit.
