Glenn, Sorry, there seems to be a mix up in wording. I posted the info about the 100,000,000 common and the 10,000,000 preferred. In the UK they refer to the authorized shares as issued shares, so it is 100 million and 10 million "authorized". As you have correctly pointed out, this means relatively nothing unless we know how many of these are outstanding. I believe it to be 34,766,355 as indicated by the transfer agent. Regards ST

Hi Glenn, whatever, I have called this company CORRECTLY from the beginning at least from the aspect where they INTENTIONALLY FILED OTCBB - so they could do whatever they wanted without having to report to the SEC - ie act like a privately held company; see my posts 2nd week of May 1999 prior to Lehman's call) I had no idea of the character of these guys and the deceptive practices nor the intent until after I called Lehmans. wherein after talking with so and so and being told by so and so, such and such, as previously publicly documented in public posts and filings I was intentionally led to believe and so and so was cognizant that others were reading what I posted publicly, to tell others that XSNI was THE IPO and WAS INCORRECTLY LISTED and LEHMANS was working on the ERROR; and not only was I told that, but documents in Feb1999 by the company indicated the same thing. Then when I took the public Feb 1999 document at it's word face value, I contacted Lucent to get some third party verification, and you know where that got me. NO MORE DD FROM ME, just an observer on the side lines And that is a fact, I have public posts that validate all my research based on the timeline of events and filings of this present corporate manufacture as a dump for the past corporate failures.
