Gerard,
His initial statement was "BUT here we have a scandal ridden Company with Organized Ties
and Possibly some hanky panky..."
I have already sent this statement, and his subsequent lies, to the SEC, NASD (they have a neat on-line complaint center and they are already very, very familiar with Anthony) and NTOP. I strongly suggest others do the same.
