I have another question. How do you locate info on BB companies( phone #, address)? Trying to verify info on MACH. Reason for question.stockhouse.com Since my last post, ENTR put out a release announcing their QuickGold 2000 Joint Venture Program for selling their Multimedia Internet Kiosk Centers (press release is below). As you know, ENTR acquired the multimedia kiosk division from MACH and is about to acquire the Eagle Net ISP division from MACH. The software, games, music etc that are vended by the kiosks requires a connection to the Internet to download the programs. Eagle Net ISP is the last piece in the puzzle. ENTR has 3.65 million shares issued. 1.2 million are free trading and in the hands of the two players who put the deal together. The other 2.4 million shares are in MACH and it is these shares that will be dividended to the MACH shareholders. MACH has 6 million shares so the 2.4 million ENTR shares represent a 40% dividend. i.e. .4 share of ENTR for each 1 share of MACH. After the dividend the MACH shareholders will still have their shares of MACH and I'm sure management will find another deal to put into it. Kinda like having your cake and eating it too.
