Rick, I believe leaks can happen even in ethical companies. At best one would expect fewer of them.

BTW this is another example of big takes small. Does anyone still expect to see a rash of consolidation among the small companies themselves?

There are ethical companies.

Leaks happen, ethical companies or not. There are lots of players in the game aside from the management at the companies. It's hard to police the brother-in-law of the janitor at the law firm ...
