That's one of the finest summaries I've read yet. You've listed the competitive advantages of the company and equally importantly, the market. You've also analyzed the risks and rewards without any hint of hyping or bashing. 'Them's the facts, folks. . . ' I had a moment of panic this week-end when it occurred to me I was to receive cash for JDS Fitel and if it was necessary to request shares in JDSU, then I was out. First thing this morning I called my broker only to discover the shares were held in their name so it was considered an exchange --- and, therefore, I do, indeed, hold JDSU. My sigh of relief was a good test of how I feel about being in or out. Thanks for your great post. Pat
