Yes, I have been adding to AT&T position. Significant holding now. Local access a non-issue (IMHO)...it'll get worked out.
More generally, gradually selling position in Tiffany, gradually selling CTV, bought more EMC during recent weakness, holding IBM, bought a very small position in Dell and CPQ, bought a tiny position in Quantum (today), tempted by Seagate, bought Visual Networks, holding ANTC, holding GIC, looking at phone.com, ... on and on.
Net result is I raised cash by 5% over last 3 months. Not really a significant amount. What I've been buying, has not been large new positions.
