What a nightmare, signed up for paymybills.com, for investigative purposes (they outsource their payments to Chase Bank, and I'm trying to figure out what Chase is up too).

In any case after I signed up, I found out that it is up to me to do all the change of addresses for all my billers (although they give you stickers, still a pain, IMHO). This process could take a couple months before you get all your bills on-line, what a slow painfull process. Of course they mention that you could call each of your billers to do the change of address (Yeah, like I have nothing better to do than sit on hold for 30 mins, with each one of my billers).

All I wanted to do was send one check to myself, but they won't let me send any payments out until paymybills recieves my first redirected bill. Which I didn't want to do, because I'm betting that my billing address will be screwed when I cancel the service.

In addition, I was thinking I could use my Bank(NFCU) credit card as a biller, but that would screw up my address as far as my monthly bank statement (i.e. my monthly bank statement would be sent to paymybills). I don't dare switch PECO, their customer service is a nightmare (if I ever switched back).

No online (web based) customer support, I have to call or email)

Benny

paymybills (continued)....

It's getting pretty funny trying to find a bill to send them (I refuse to use my mortgage, phone, etc). I have two credit cards (bank one and ATT), but since I get e-bills from both of these billers today, I can't redirect them to paymybills. I could try sticking the "change of address" sticker on my monitor when I'm looking at these ebills, but I don't think that will work.
