Ouch.... Seems like we still have a ways to go to hit the bottom here. Any ideas where we might see a turn around?

Actually, it seems like all of the on-line brokers have had problems with outages. The question should be is Waterhouse anymore vulnerable than the other on-line brokerages to this type of problem?
