NY, Streetwise, CH,

Thanks, I now remember seeing that in the filing too...just lazy this Monday morning and didn't want to remember where I had seen it, lol.

One last thing though, I assume that anyone, including Weller can buy their own shares on the open marker with no conflict problems? Thanks again.

DRat.

CHORN and others:

My wife an I had a dinner meeting with Michael and Maura last night in St. Louis. They made St. Louis a stop on their business trip to meet with us.

Let me start by stating that I have not been enamored with the company's progress to date regarding communications or the web site. However, I am now much more aware of their commitment to the company; the general progress that is occurring behind the scenes; and, the threshold of potential that we now stand on.

I am exponentially more excited about the company and the potential for serious success. I am also genuinely impressed with Michael and Maura. I now have empathy with their business struggles; and, the enormous amount of effort and skill it takes to direct, manage, operate and grow this company. I now see a much greater level of integrity and trust...they are trying very hard and are succeeding in their efforts. We are starting to see the success with the upcoming SEC approval....

The addition of the 'Operations Guy' will free up Michael and Maura to have more personal contact with potential clients. The contacts they have made and the excitement they have about the company will benefit us all. They sincerely believe in what they have and can/are selling it to the business community! We will hopefully be very pleased with the marketing program when it hits the public space.

The discussion was general in nature with no specific names, etc. However, it seems they have a plan for establishing and growing the company including, M&A, PR, additional hiring, getting to Small Cap status, staying at the forefront of technology and upgrading the web site. They just can not do everything at once. It's going to take time.

It also seems the board of directors members are very active and accessible. The Board seems to be effectively performing their oversight roles while providing contacts and insight to Michael and Maura.

We talked about current public/investor impressions regarding the company...which, in many cases are not good. They have a better understanding of this and will improve communications once the SEC approval is granted and as business items are concluded. We will hopefully also see the web site updated and used more effectively to represent the company and communicate with investors.

I don't post much, however, I have a significant investment in FNTN. As stated earlier, I am more excited about this company and more trusting of the management team than ever before.

This is a serious investment for me. However, I'm not married to FNTN. I'm here as long as the management team performs with integrity and delivers the goods. I'm more than willing to wait a few months to see be beginning of what is about to unfold. I am hopeful that FNTN can be a long term investment. My current confidence in the company is very high...

Best of luck to everyone,

SDB
