Unless we have some probable cause, we can not charge someone with the very serious charge of treason. Dr. Lee, on 60 Minutes, said he did not provide China with secret nuclear information and that he has devoted his life in making America Strong. No one should be put in a postion where they have to prove a negative. If you are anyone else that have some information showing probable cause in suspecting that he has committed treason, please provide it. We do not want to protect people committing treason. We want them prosecuted. Even if Dr Lee is guilty of moving files from a secured computer to a non secured computer in a secured building (his explanation was that it was part of his job to protect his files from disk crashes and that is routinely done by scientists) - and to go from there to accuse him of treason - is a giant leap that defies logic (and perhaps defies legal requirements in establishing probable cause for treason). I do however, apologise for my comments regarding Mr. Richardson (I just can't recall his first name, probably altzheimer is setting in) as I am frustrated with all politicans who are more interested in their personal well being at the expense of the greater good of the country.
