BarbaraT, Thanks for the info - *something's* moving WEBB. Up 17% today. Here's a little info on WEBB's mgmt - looks pretty solid, even a MSFT connection there. See following, link to "DEF 14A" (7/23/99), link to "Body: (Entire Filing)" and scroll down to pgs 4-5: beta.siliconinvestor.com SEC doc from May 99 lists HSAC as a competitor, link to "10QSB" (5/17/99), link to "Body: (Entire Filing)" and scroll to pgs 17-18: beta.siliconinvestor.com I know little about WEBB (nothing before this morning), and even less about Jagnotes; but at first glance, it doesn't appear that the idea of a PA/VV investment in WEBB is unreasonable.
