Gart Sports/Sportmart Purchases Electric City Corp.'s EnergySaver ELK GROVE VILLAGE, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 2, 1999--Electric City Corp. announced today that Jim Stumpe of Ready Components Incorporated, a licensed distributor of Electric City's EnergySaver product line, has completed a three month test with Gart Sports Company/Sportmart, located in Vernon Hills, Illinois, which has resulted in the purchase of EnergySaver units. The test was designed to prove functionality of the product and a savings of at least 20% of the lighting portion of the electric bill.
