We had a 1992 325 and I drove that little car all over the place - loved it. The 328 has a bigger engine, etc., a neat car! Drive it in 3rd gear and it has a lot of pep! Traded it for a 740 (got a good deal) but that car is huge, the same length as an Expedition! Now I like my little wagon, also silver.

I like the new Fords, but I read in Consumer reports the past years SHO is rated very low in reliability & resale value.

Consider a Lexus ES300, mid size, nice; if you wait a bit I hear the Y2K model will have the variable valve timing 6 cyl engine like the GS300 (225 hp) has now. Should be very quick, quiet, about $31,000 and worth every penny.
