Dr. Microthingie, Go away. You know nothing about this company.

For the rest of the thread. The Subway announcement was just icing on the cake and unexpected. Watch the newswires

No. ANSC has gone through some recent "reorganization" - I forget the actual term. They got a new chairman and started acting a little more like a real company. They had a conference call mid June in which they described their efforts. I don't remember the post number that described it, but it was in June.

One important thing that came out in June was that they intended to become profitable as of the end of the 2Q (which was June 30). The numbers are due out soon. They are filing a Form 10? with the SEC so that they'll be fully reporting - they want a formal listing.

In short, they're working hard to get things put together.

The post at thesubway.com was the first one that really described their business model. They have some good looking e-commerce sites and are working on more. And they maintain a normal distribution channel. That's a good combination in my book - and that's where I see some fundamental value. They've got a different mix than most e-commerce companies.

I think what it might be is a "reorganization" bounce.
