"Earl too? This is the guy who's cold-calling trying to sell CDCH shares and saying that MDHM has 111M shares out there when you include the options.

I'm glad he's a credible source. :-)"

Medinah has the correct number of shares issued listed on their webpage. Earl has told me nothing about shares out. Did you speak with him or are you relying on somebody else's posts? You are a little hasty to judge somebody's character-are you not?....those without sin....cast the first stone!

""I don't understand the relevance of your comment.

"Of course not. Let me say it slowly: Russell claimed to be buying stock when he was in fact selling.""

So you would lead us to believe. I don't recall you having proofed this except in your own mind. In any case, a person's credibility is not determined by any single deed. My personal experience speaking with Russell over the past several months is that he has been credible, honest, nonhypish and quite accurate in his assessment on what is going on at Medinah.

<Actually both Earl and Russell have informally estimated the 10% based on their conversations with shareholders that they have spoken with.>

"Earl too? This is the guy who's cold-calling trying to sell CDCH shares and saying that MDHM has 111M shares out there when you include the options."

Did you speak to him directly or did you again get your information second hand? You speak of 111,000,000 shares outstanding with the options exercised. Why aren't you counting the preferred? And how many options are you counting?

I count 71,300,334 common shares issued, 8,965,000 preferred convertible into 35,860,000 common shares, and therefore a total of 107,160,334 common shares fully diluted. On this basis and using your figure of 111,000,000 shares this would leave of grand total of 3,849,666 option shares. Hardly an overwhelming number. In fact, it's less than the major stock exchanges allow.

Now, if we include the shares that you missed ie. the preferred, we would now have a total of 146,860,000 common shares outstanding.

Is this the total of shares fully diluted you claim that Medinah Mining will have outstanding?
