DARBES, Ali,

You guys are missing an entire ball game. We are up against a horde of Perfect Traders (PTers). Have you noticed that the PTers never have had even a single losing trade? Just go back to their posted trades and you'll see that they have mastered the technique of Perfect Trades (PTs), invited by the Master Good Doctor himself.

I urge you to learn PTs, so you can become a PTer. Once you join that distinguished immortal group, then you can spam anyone or all poor mortal souls who have posted losing trades.

To learn PTs and to become PTers, the first thing you need to learn is retroactive trading (RT). After you have RTed for a period of time and find yourself with never a losing trade, then you get to join the superior rank of PTers with automatic membership and immortality in the Church of Intel. Only then would you gain the privilege of spamming the poor unfortunate unsavable mortals with CAPITAL LETTERS and BOLDFACING.

I wish you all good luck in your new endeavor.

Richard

Ali - Re:" Why would C.Barrett cashed $59M out of Intel stock
if company prospects are so bright?"

If Barrett doesn't exercise his options before they expiration date, then the profit from the increase in the stock price since the grant will be lost. The profit is a huge number. See the Intel shareholders report for detailed analysis

If he exercises, then he will owe AMT on the difference between the exercise price and the market price at grant.

So the solution is to exercise all the options and sell some of the stock to pay the taxes.

Re: "This is funny, "investor on the short side"!
Is this a kind of joke, right? Do you happen
to know the meaning of the term "investing"?
You better feel like a little sh!t. That is an overall impression about your posting tactics."

Why Ali, I'm hurt. After I posted yesterday making excusses for you so you wouldn't look so dumb, this is how you repay me?

I'm hurt....
