Really? I had seen earlier reports that they were all interstate calls. There may be something to hang a hat on if there was an intrastate call. I believe there is also a provision under the MD law where they would have to show Tripp knew it was illegal when she did the taping. Since the State can not make a defendant testify against him/her self in a criminal proceeding the question becomes how that is proved unless she openly told a third party she knew it was illegal. Doesn't seem likely. Only time will tell. JLA
