$1.3 billion. the $400 mil credit arrangement should not be counted on. it won't take much for the lender to to say "psyche!" come on, billions in debt, excessive cost of competition and little or no return. that $500 mil from the shelf registration. do you mean they may sell $500 mil worth of stock? mu will definitely survive as long as this financial dislocation due to a debt bubble persists. if it doesn't, though, mu won't survive, imho. why aren't they selling stock at these levels? the day will come when they wish they had...
