Magic is now @ $2 13/16 - below $3. This means this stock will have no margin power - none - if it closes below $3 today. I know there are many, many investors who still own this stock on margin. If it closes below $3 today then there may well be further (forced) sell offs tomorrow.

Also, there is no question in my mind but that GMGC will lose its NMS Nasdaq listing. When that happens, you can be certain that GMGC will trade, if only intra day, below the $2's. This stock is looking bleaker by the day. What can or will save this company? Is a buyout for about $3 1/4 per share inevitable?
