Jorj, That is what I am saying. Every word I mention on this post and the Bull is almost verbatim from Tom. You are also correct in your assessment of all that Tom had to do before he added a management team. It was far too much for one man, even Tom ;-) One of the things he appreciates is having a whole bunch of us in management able to communicate to the people. We ex-English teachers are fanatic when it comes to semantics. But let's take just a second to analyze HYPE through analogy. Before the Yankees resigned Bernie Williams, Big George did PRE-release the news; even the Mayor of NYC made the announcement weeks before the ink dried. There is a very important psychological aspect to the cementing of handshakes - and yes the handshakes should turn to ink! Now Tom isn't making this stuff up. You talked to him, Jorj, and I did, too - along with others. We know this stuff is for real! If it were phony, then that would be hype - Sure Tom could give details; but then that would be stupid. (Note how most baseball players have the press guess at that salary figures before they get revealed de facto after the signing). However, Fli, I respect you so much and have known about you through Marc even before I invested a dime in this company. So I do not discredit your point. I merely present a counter-point, and I pray your back gives you relief. Been there. Done that. It "ain't" no fun to be in pain. Respectfully, manny
