I believe that flow-through is to occur over a period of 3 years -- see, my stem cell can read as well as type.

The year just ended (Jul 31,99), Net2Phone was to pay $7 million. Net2Phone has already clocked $22 million in 9 mos. Based on their revenue rate of growth rate, the company should be able to handle the balance as scheduled.

Sorry Tony but you are going to have to try harder than that. Why don't you put that eye dropper of whoopass where it belongs and enjoy the rest of the day.

I see where some flower IPOs are coming up. I'd hate to see you miss this wonderful opportunity.

Close but no cigar Tony. Here's what the prospectus says about that $22 million flow through.

Payable to IDT.

Since inception, IDT has provided the funds to finance our operations in the form of advances (approximately $22.0 million as of April 30, 1999, of which we repaid $8.0 million in May 1999). These advances have been converted into a note that is payable in 60 monthly installments of principal and interest. $7.0 million of the proceeds of this offering will be used to prepay a portion of the note. The balance of the note is payable in 60 monthly installments of principal and interest at a rate of 9% per annum.

In other words, Net2Phone only owes $7 million payable over 5 years not the full $22 million you have tried to mislead people into believing. Nice try Tony, but I'm still in. You'll need a larger eye-dropper to change my vote.

I might also point out, Net2Phone originally intended to raise $50 million in its IPO. Because Net2Phone raised its offering price and number of shares, it raised $81 million instead. This little extra, which delayed the IPO, more than makes up for the $22 million it owes IDT. I'd say someone is looking to create value in Net2Phone.
