I realize ROSI looks tempting here. . . but the way it gets haircuts. . .there is still quite a bit of risk. So the question is. . .what will there earnings show? They warned they would not be good. . . .will there be further sell-off after they come out or has the selling ended and we bounce upwards on poor earnings?

See. . . the answer is obscure. . . and I like clear answers. . . so my feeling is that it is safer to wait. . . even if it means jumping back in at 5. . . than to buy here and set new lows.

That is my opinion. . .

Joe: it does appear that ROSI has "turned up" and may offer a potential short term opportunity back to 5 or even 6.... The 60 min TA looks to offer some support of strength... but I'd wait a day or more to see if it sticks...I see it returning to the 4.25 range before advancing....

Personnally I don't like stocks after steep decline or dead cat bounces.... with 2 negative Qs I don't see how strong interest will develop anytime soon (BWDIK) .... I'm not playing

In this market I prefer issues that are advancing and making new highs (many bios)(also check out CPN for a typical example) or which are in the stage of a breakout (Oil service)...Here I am waiting for the break to occur rather than anticipating.

Good luck....
