I'm skeptical about this deal. Freemac.com is a startup without any track record to speak of. Where will it find the $$$ to purchase 1MM iMacs (say $600 a machine, multiplied by 1MM -- we're not talking chump change)? Will the company be around in two years to complete the purchase? Unless the company has very deep-pocketed backers, I don't see the deal happening. It sounds too good to be true. As an Apple fan, however, I do wish for it to come true :)
