Thanks Merritt...I have to say, having finally resolved that I will indeed allow myself to be stopped out at a certain point, seems to help. I was sort of sitting on the fence about whether I might hunker down or whether I really would do the stop-loss thing. Of course, it did not hurt that my account went up sharply today, giving me some breathing room. I really needed that surprise pop in SIBI, did not see it coming at all. I suppose I am putting a little more thought and, frankly, emotion, than I should into this stock think. But part of the reason is that I know my the amount of free time I have to follow these stocks will be going away next spring...I'm just not going to have the time, nor the interest, so cramming it in now. I know that microcap biotech is pretty cheap...but there is a disconcerting lack of interest in what, to me, looks like great science. But I am not a biotechnology scientist, tricky. ("Know yourself"). Well I'm in over my head--how is that! Speaking of microbiotech--did you happen to see what Shaman did when they un-did everything that was right about their company. Now it is more like an internut, and less like a biotech--and the stock moved up sharply last week. Well, it gave it back today-- maybe those folks who were chasing that will come over to real biotech. Shaman is a pretty sad story, things just did not work out, but it was a great idea. There are some great ideas still hanging on...we will see the best continue to get munched, just like Sibia. I will not hog up the thread with too much biotech banter. If folks want to start some DD on value biotechs...here is the place to start:Message 10714827 There is also a munch thread that is good:Subject 24574 I've said enough...back to lurking. And thanks again for the responses. Hope my advert for biotech was not too spammy. Burke has said he likes it, so I did not feel like I was being too rude with that.
