If you get Killed by a Taxi in NY the average payout is arround $8,000 I think the Chinese got a good deal.

Oh yah how much do all those Isreali's get who got killed by Scud missiles designed by Chinese help? How much will Americans get who are killed by Biotech and Nuklear weapons designed by Chinese and sold to Terrorist nations. The chinese are no saints. They will buy CDMA because its the best, and they want us to buy things from them.
