Not being a cheerleader by nature, and not being any sort of "techno-whiz", what occurs to me is that current thinking on the Street (which changes with amazing speed) is the sudden realization that everybody and his brother is building a wholesale broadband network and there's going to be a glut of such networks- witness the share prices of LVLT,QWST,GBLX,MFNX... etc. Am I right? And if I am, is the Street right? Unless of course something else is going on...
