Yes, and how about the "Jerry Springer" bashing and thrashing everyone bandies about on the thread go there now. Its comic relief after the stresses of a difficult day, but only a few minutes than you turn if off. Nary goes by a moment when he doesn't bash anyone on his own thread. It's a lost cause. I have twice made the step and handed him the olive branch and he goes on with yet another insult not two hours later while doing just what he accuses his detractors of doing. In my opinion certain sociopaths and I won't name names, can not be rehabilitated and the best thing to do is stay as far away from them as possible so their droppings don't rub off on nice people. Fortunately he is only a little 'nub' in the scheme of SI and of the entire world and I'm way too busy to entertain another thought of that gun toting, audiophile. I will not speak of this again. There could never be a conversation among equals as you envison, but something I will leave entirely to your own imagination, and he could use his gun, to converse with, whatever else he does with it I don't care to think. He is the channel I just deleted from my remote control the kind of channel, that would be good for late night entertainment..for a certain 'minority' In 10 years in the financial arena I've never met anyone on that level. Nor do I expect to. Perhaps he is fond of guns, chains, whips, and a few strategically placed piercings... Its no longer serious I don't care we will never cross each others paths again.. ever
