Somebody surely knows something we do not. In order to test this hypothesis, we obviously need to look for some news. What do you think would be a reasonable length of time to limit this search.

ie. If nothing comes out in [1 week, 1 month, 6 months] can we then attribute this fluctuation to random noise.
