Mohanad, AOL looks awfully weak, closing below 200dma first time in a long while. If I were to play it, I would be writing either naked August 90 puts (3 7/8) or naked August 85 puts (premium about 2 3/16). In the first case, if the stock gets put to you at $90, you would own it at 86 1/8 (less commission, of course), giving you much more safety cushion. In the second case, if the stock gets put to you at 85, you would own it at 82 13/16.
