<Watch the activity or the people that have sold puts and are now posting on this message board. They will cover soon enough and AOL will start back up. As they put out their negative vibes it will be a gauge you can use to tell how close they are to closing out their positions as their noise level increases.
They are also watching this board for signs of people (longs) losing
it!! We are in turn a gauge for them as well.>

Totally agree. But who can really lose with AOL under 100. What a great buying opportunity! All those many posts from Dr. B, (who, incidentally, I never saw on this board), over the weekend revealed his panic state, at the thought of shorting too late. It would be very heartening if the tech conference this week caused the big squeeze, as fund managers added to positions at these levels. Who knows, anybody with sense started covering already. In any event, as you say, I haven't even thought of selling AOL shares purchased @99. I'll just buy more to average down. I'm a position trader, so waiting till Xmas doesn't bother me at all.

Sitting tight.

Vendit,

Thanks for the boost. Needed it dearly. Am still abit concerned
about the long term prospects of AOL. I personally wouldn't be
caught dead using AOL, but then I am very comfortable around
computers in general. I used to laugh when I got those AOL
disks in the mail and say "They will go bankrupt, what a ripoff!".
Boy how wrong I was.

Anyways, am hoping the price will drop to $90 then will pick up a few more shares. Have been trying to "buy low sell high" and then repeat
the process, and have been doing okay. Hoping to see AOL hit
$127 in the next few weeks so I can get out and wait for the
price to tank again.

In the meantime, will sit, relax and enjoy the warm sunshine :)

Cheers,

Garry
