Shuo,QLGC is on my radar screen since someone posted it as a possible short play today. i have shorted several SOX components. the SOX has had an advance of 194% from the lows, which is historically about as good as it gets. while the perception of a strengthening global economy is traditionally good for the group, i believe that the high-flyers will not be spared if we continue to correct. i also happen to think that the global economy is a lot less healthy than the current conventional wisdom has it. if i am right about this, the semis could be in for a bumpy ride. there was also an analyst comment on CNBC along the lines of "you MUST own these stocks", which is an especially strong sell signal, and we are in an odd year, which is a topping year for the 2-year semi cycle. regards, hb
