I'm bothered by how soft we were last time we all watched as this stock plummet from the mid teens to under $7 pretty quickly, just because the launch was delayed. That does demonstrate the power of the crowd of sellers lined up to cash in once the system does launch? While ASTN does other things besides wanting to offer VWAP, none of them justify this share price especially in the face of more dilution still to come. I'm just worried that ASTN will throw a party, and nobody will know to come simply because we don't know which 'cool kids' are invited, meaning which companies are actually going to participate in VWAP, let alone generate 20mil share volumes by year end. If this market continue to trade sideways thru year end, then stocks like ITG and ASTN will be trading sideways as well, as they will then be judged only by volume potentially handled.
