Looks like someone got a whole lot of downside protection for no premium. My guess is someone is planning on using the puts to exit a 1.6M share long position at 4. Can't take the pain anymore. Sigh. Well, I just hope the put seller knows what he's doing. It looks like both parties were already hedged (or have very big cohones) since only half that amount of common traded all day.
