ALFN(E) another (A) company reported back in July... go2net.newsalert.com As Alottafun! is not yet fully reporting, under the new rules promulgated by the NASD, it has thirty days to complete the reporting process with the SEC or the company will be de-listed. Michael Porter, CEO of Alottafun! stated that the company and its lawyers are diligently working with the SEC to complete their registration. This registration establishes a public file containing material, financial and business information on the Company for use by investors, and also creates an obligation on the part of the Company to keep such public information current by filing periodic reports on Forms 10-Q (Quarterly Report) and 10-K (Annual Report), and on current event form 8-K, as applicable. ALFNE issued a release recently that they are now in line and awaiting SEC approval. Until then it looks like it is the pink sheets.
