I haven't shorted anything but outright fraud during the latter stage of this bull market, and NSOL was not even on my radar screen. I have studied it for the last couple weeks and I think it is one of the weaker of the second tier internet stocks strictly from the stock perspective). More important to me however, is the recent huge insider selling and the way management seems to be fumbling the ball on all fronts-today's news release about spammimg a case in point. Right now there are a lot of top management people who have sold all or most of their holdings. I contrast it with a stock I like long (PERI) where insiders were buying when the analysts were running away saying the company was done for. Unfortunately, most analysts are lazy, self-serving and don't understand the companies they follow, only the herd mentality which they follow. Insiders are right, more often than not.

Best,

Timoteo
